Whether you're looking to upskill your team or provide learning opportunities in your area, I would love to work with you.

👣 5 Signs You Might Have Plantar Fasciitis

Heel pain isn’t something to ignore—your feet carry you everywhere! Here are 5 common signs that could point to plantar fasciitis:

1️⃣ Sharp pain in your heel
Especially noticeable with your first steps in the morning or after sitting for a while.

2️⃣ Pain after activity (not during)
It might ease while you’re moving, but flare up once you rest.

3️⃣ Stiffness in your foot
Your arch or heel may feel tight, especially when you wake up.

4️⃣ Tenderness in the sole
Pressing on the bottom of your foot—particularly near the heel—can be painful.

5️⃣ Pain that worsens over time
Without proper care, discomfort can gradually increase and affect daily activities.

💡 Tip: Early treatment makes a big difference! Stretching, supportive footwear, and rest can help—but if pain persists, consider seeing a Podiatrist.
