Hello, I’m Ruth! 👋🏼

For those who are new here, I thought I’d take a moment to introduce myself and the face behind Gemini Aesthetics.

👩🏼‍⚕️ I’ve been a qualified nurse since 2010 and became an Independent Nurse Prescriber in 2022. Before moving into aesthetics full-time, I spent many years working within the NHS, including mental health nursing.

💉 My passion is helping patients look and feel their best, whilst maintaining their natural features. I believe aesthetic treatments should enhance what makes you you, rather than change how you look.

For me, aesthetics isn’t about following trends or making everyone look the same. It’s about listening, understanding your concerns and creating personalised treatment plans that are right for you.

Please don’t use Laura as your pain scale 😂

Tattoo removal is generally very manageable and different areas will naturally feel more sensitive than others. Not any worse than getting the tattoo.

Laura is just very… expressive. 😂

If you coped with getting the tattoo, I promise you will be able to cope with removing it!

Some areas of the body will naturally feel more sensitive than others, but it’s probably nowhere near as scary as you’ve built it up to be.

7 years in aesthetics…

And I couldn’t mark the occasion without including the lady who helped start it all… my Nan. She was the reason I got into aesthetics.

Looking through these photos has made me realise just how much has happened in those seven years. From working as a nurse during COVID and renting my first room in a salon to opening my very own clinic.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted me, recommended me to a friend or supported me along the way. It means so much to have you as part of it!

And to anyone who remembers that first room… how has it been seven years already?!
