✨ Believe you can… and you’re halfway there. ✨
Sometimes the biggest thing standing between us and the thing we really want isn’t ability, money, time or even experience…
It’s that little voice telling us “I can’t.”
I know that one well. 😂
Starting apple & bee was something I’d thought about for years. I could have found a hundred reasons not to do it… but eventually I decided to believe that maybe I could.
And here we are. 🐝🍎
It doesn’t mean everything is easy. There are still wobbly days, doubts, quiet sales days and plenty of moments of “what on earth am I doing?” 😂
But believing in yourself is where it starts.
So if there’s something you’ve been putting off, dreaming about or telling yourself you’re not capable of…
Maybe it’s time to believe you can. 💚
You might just be halfway there already. ✨

I’ve been playing around with my essential oils again… and let's just say, I may have got a little carried away. 😂
I’m creating a collection of beautiful Aroma Spa Pulse Point Rollers, made with nourishing oils and carefully chosen pure essential oils.
Think little moments of aromatherapy you can carry with you — roll onto your pulse points, pause, breathe deeply and enjoy your own little spa moment, wherever you are. ✨
I have at least 100 different blend ideas swirling around in my head 🤦‍♀️😂 — uplifting, calming, sleep, focus, grounding, festive and plenty more…
Now I just need to decide which ones make the cut! 👀

Rosehip oil is one of those beautiful botanical oils I always come back to.

A little honest post from me tonight… 🌿

It’s been a quieter week for apple & bee sales-wise, and if I’m honest, it’s easy to let that play on your mind.

You start wondering… Am I doing enough? Is my little business growing? Should I be doing more?

Then I stopped and reminded myself…

I’m only 7 months in. 🐝

I’m a sole trader. I have no paid advertising. I make, package, label, photograph, market and run everything myself — as well as being mum to two teenagers.

And sometimes, when I’m looking at the sales, I forget to look at everything else that has happened.

Back in April, Tatler got in touch about their summer edition.

In June, Glamour got in touch too.

Then came Ideal Home / The Real Homes Show, invitations to workshops, fairs and collaborations, an invitation to The Solopreneurs awards evening in London…

And just this week, an enquiry from a large Spa about my skincare range. 🌿

I couldn’t afford to say yes to some of those opportunities just yet — but that doesn’t make them any less special.

Because they found me.

And perhaps that’s what I needed to remember this week…

Growth doesn’t always look like a busy order book.

Sometimes it looks like an unexpected email.

An invitation.

A new connection.

Someone discovering your little brand.

A business wanting to know more about what you make.

So if you’re having a quiet week in your own business too, please be kind to yourself.

Look beyond the numbers.

Remember why you started.

And remember how far you’ve already come. 🤍

I think I needed to write this one as much for myself as anyone else.
