A fabulous evening earlier this week with four of my regular female clients. All from the same family, they meet up for a pamper evening every month, looking forward to de-stressing from their busy lives. All of them wanting to stay put afterwards and just sleep!

But despite this accolade, followers on Facebook are slowly disappearing .
No new clients since January. Previous regular clients not returning.
All this despite heightened advertising on the car.
Signing up to hire lovely rooms in a therapy centre, which I have never yet had a booking for.

People often tell me it's the cost of living crisis in this country which might be holding people back.

In this crazy, busy world, we all need to unwind for the sake of our greater health. Stress causes so much.

I love working with people who struggle with self image. I love working with people with psoriasis, knowing that the stress relief can be so beneficial. I love working with those struggling to cope with stressful lives or jobs. I love working with people who have undergone grief or trauma. I love to work with fibromyalgia sufferers, offering a particularly gentle massage for this.

Our bodies are an amazing thing, whether they work as they should or not quite. So long as you have no serious conditions which would be dangerous for a massage, I never met a person I wouldn't want to work with.

Current Rates. I am still trying to keep my mobile rates the same, as I have no overheads once I've travelled to you. Great if you prefer the comfort of your own home and have the space and a quiet and understanding family!
If you prefer to get away to somewhere neutral, you can book to see me at the Magnolia Therapy Centre on the way into Nottingham. Prices are higher there to reflect the fully serviced rooms and my rental costs.
