The way your skin looks and behaves in five or ten years isn’t down to one treatment or one product. It’s the result of small, consistent choices. How you support your barrier. How you manage inflammation. How well your skin is able to repair and recover over time.

My story didn’t start in a clinic. It started in uniform. I served in the British Army, and at that moment, healing and care weren’t part of my world. Yet, it was during that time that I knew I was searching for something meaningful, something that connected me to people at a deeper level.

One day, I walked into a beauty college and felt an instant spark. I realised instantly: this was where I belonged. Over 20 years later, that spark has become a journey I’m deeply proud of - one that’s taken me across the globe, sharing what I love with therapists, therapists-in-training, and clients alike.

I’m not just scouring the latest tools and trends. I’m a skin geek, sure, but I’m equally an educated guide - someone who loves the technology as much as the nuance, the ritual, the connection.

I’m a multi-award-winning facialist. I’m an international educator with a teaching degree. I’ve had the privilege of training at the world’s best spas - from Mandarin Oriental to the Ritz, ESPA to the One & Only.

And above all, I do this from a place of integrity.
