WHEN IT COMES TO SKIN REJUVENATION, THE REAL CHANGE HAPPENS BENEATH THE SURFACE.

Collagen is the protein responsible for keeping skin firm, smooth, and resilient. As we age, collagen production naturally declines, leading to fine lines, wrinkles, and changes in skin texture.

Laser resurfacing works by creating controlled micro-injuries within the skin, triggering the body’s natural healing response. This process stimulates the production of new collagen and encourages the remodelling of existing collagen networks.

The result? Healthier, stronger skin from within.

Because true skin rejuvenation isn’t just about what you see on the surface, it’s about rebuilding the foundation beneath it.

In this discussion, Dr Singh addresses the growing changes we’re seeing in clinic linked to rapid weight loss, including the commonly discussed ‘Ozempic face’, where reduced facial fat can lead to a more tired, hollowed appearance.

He explains that as facial volume decreases, patients often notice loss of softness and support in key areas of the face, which can impact overall facial harmony and freshness.

At DRS Clinic, one of the most effective ways to restore this lost volume is through Juvéderm. Carefully placed filler can help replenish facial fat pads, restore natural contours, and bring back a smoother, more rested appearance, without changing your natural features.

I’m incredibly honoured to be featured in the article, The Ultimate Guide to a Youthful Neck.

A huge thank you to for including my insights in such a comprehensive and informative feature exploring the treatments that can genuinely improve neck ageing concerns.

The neck is one of the most challenging areas to treat because the skin is thinner, has less structural support than the face, and is more prone to dehydration, laxity and crepey texture. In the article, I discuss how treatments such as can improve hydration, skin quality and firmness, while also helping to brighten pigmentation in the neckline.

Part 2 of our series: What treatments has Angela had? ✨

In this episode, Angela shares her experience with EMFACE at DRS Clinic.

EMFACE is designed to address skin laxity and early signs of sagging by simultaneously stimulating facial muscles and boosting collagen and elastin production.

The result is a natural lift, improved facial definition, and firmer, more supported skin- all without needles or downtime.

Angela has been thrilled with her results and says she’s noticed a visible difference in her skin’s firmness and overall freshness. She also mentions receiving regular compliments from others noticing how lifted and rejuvenated she looks.

Do you suffer with jaw pain, TMJ tension, headaches, or jaw clenching?

Emface is a non-invasive treatment that uses HIFES muscle stimulation and radio frequency technology to target overworked facial muscles while improving muscle tone and circulation.

By helping relax tight muscles around the jaw and lower face, Emface may help reduce tension, relieve discomfort, and improve facial balance - while also creating a more lifted and sculpted appearance.

This treatment is best for those who experience:

• TMJ discomfort
• Jaw clenching or teeth grinding
• Tension headaches
• Tightness in the jaw, face

Part 1 of our series: Hear first hand from our patients on their journey at DRS Clinic

During her consultation with Dr Singh, our client explained how a holistic, natural approach was taken- assessing overall facial balance rather than focusing on a single area. This allows for results that enhance your natural features in the most subtle way.

Feeling nervous before a first appointment is completely natural, and something we see often. Our focus is always on making patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their journey.

Wait for part 2 to see what treatments Angela has had done.

In this discussion, Dr Rashpal Singh addresses a practice sometimes seen in the aesthetics industry- the use of black gloves during injectable treatments purely for appearance and “aesthetic branding.”

He explains that while black gloves may look more “clinical” or stylish on social media, they do not improve safety or sterility in any way.

Dr Singh highlights a key concern:

Black gloves are often used for visual presentation, but they are not sterile, and in some cases, the focus on aesthetics over clinical protocol can risk compromising proper aseptic technique.

He emphasises that patient safety must always come first.

In proper injectable practice:
• Sterile technique is essential
• Gloves are chosen for function, not appearance
• Hygiene protocols must never be compromised for aesthetics
