Mysore style is the traditional method of learning Ashtanga yoga. You learn the sequence posture by posture, breath by breath. You’ll move at your own pace allowing your body to get to know the postures slowly over time. I’ll help you learn the sequence bit by bit but it will take patience & a consistent bit of home practice to truly benefit from this style of class. That could look something like 10 mins a day 3 times a week to start with.

This self practice garden as I like to call it is suitable for anyone. We’ll take the Ashtanga System as a base to work from and adapt for you to develop or deepen your personal practice🙏✨
