Waiting Well in Social Care. This study focuses on people’s experiences of waiting—for example, waiting for a needs assessment, for a care and support plan, or for care to begin.

Interviews will last around an hour, will be anonymous, and participants will receive a £40 shopping voucher as a thank you for their time.

This session is aimed at professionals working in health and social care, frontline and community-facing roles, and community and voluntary groups who regularly come into contact with members of the public who may not recognise themselves as carers and/or know how to access information and support.

If you're a female in Cleveland, tell us how safe you feel at home and in public spaces, in our new survey launching today.

Matt Storey has developed the short survey to understand how safe women and girls feel, what level of harassment they have experienced and what they think can be done to make them feel safer.

Your feedback will help identify hotspots and shape future work to make our communities safer for everyone.
