Therapeutic Thursday will be moving to a new location within Rochdale Central Library.

🌿 From Thursday 13 August onwards, Therapeutic Thursday will take place in the Maskew Space.

While the location is changing, everything that makes Therapeutic Thursday so special remains the same. You can still enjoy the welcoming atmosphere, friendly faces and therapeutic activities you've come to know and love – just in a new space.

While breast cancer cannot always be prevented, some lifestyle choices may help reduce the risk. Staying physically active, maintaining a healthy weight, eating a balanced diet, avoiding smoking and limiting alcohol can all contribute to better overall health.

There’s no guaranteed way to prevent breast cancer, but looking after your health is a positive step you can take.
