An exciting opportunity has arisen to further grow our team as we recruit for two separate roles. 💜
We are looking for community carers to grow our caring team.
We are also looking for a senior carer.

Both roles are vitally important to the day to day running of the team and we look forward to growing further with you.

Support Worker -
Assist with personal hygiene, including washing, bathing, dressing, and toileting. Support clients with mobility and safe moving & handling. Assist with medication administration (where trained and authorised). Support with meal preparation and encourage adequate nutrition and hydration. Assist with household tasks such as light cleaning and laundry. Provide companionship and emotional support. Encourage service users to make their own choices and decisions. Support individuals to access community activities and
appointments. Promote dignity, privacy, and respect at all times. Follow individual care plans and risk assessments. Record care delivered accurately and promptly.

Senior Carer - ( Previous experience is essential )
Supervise, mentor, and support Care Assistants. Conduct spot checks and service reviews. Assist with staff inductions and training. Lead by example in delivering high standards of care. Participate in on-call duties where required. Assist in developing and reviewing care plans. Maintain accurate, clear, and up-to-date care records. Complete risk assessments and escalate concerns. Ensure compliance with CIW regulations and company standards.
