Equilibrium Project is a CQC-registered independent healthcare provider based at the Medina Valley Centre on the Isle of Wight, supporting adults across the Isle of Wight and throughout the UK. Our experienced team provides confidential, clinician-led and personalised care, looking beyond individual symptoms to understand the whole picture. Neurodiversity
We provide comprehensive private ADHD assessments and treatment pathways for adults across the UK. Our clinician-led approach goes beyond diagnosis, helping people better understand their minds and make practical, lasting changes. Following assessment, clients receive a detailed report and personalised recommendations based on their individual strengths, needs and circumstances. Where appropriate, ongoing ADHD support can include medication initiation and titration, medication reviews, annual reviews and transfer of care for people diagnosed elsewhere. Specialist ADHD coaching is also available, offering practical support with organisation, routines, procrastination, overwhelm, emotional regulation and important life transitions. We also provide comprehensive adult autism assessments. Our approach is thorough, compassionate and non-pathologising, with a focus on helping each person better understand themselves. Following assessment, clients receive a detailed report, feedback consultation and practical recommendations for everyday life, relationships, employment, education and appropriate adjustments. Combined ADHD and autism assessments are available where characteristics of both conditions may be present. Addiction and Detox
We offer a confidential, private and personalised alcohol and addiction service. For many people, addiction is not the root issue but a way of coping. We look at the whole picture, helping people understand what may be driving their alcohol use and identify the right support. Our services include alcohol and addiction assessments, medically supported community or home alcohol detoxification where clinically appropriate, and personalised therapy and aftercare to support recovery and lasting change. Mental Health
We provide private mental health support for adults, combining clinical expertise, therapy and coaching to help people move forward with greater clarity and confidence. We do not focus only on symptoms; we help people understand the experiences and underlying factors that may be affecting how they feel. Support may include mental health assessments, confidential one-to-one sessions, therapy and emotional wellbeing support, couples and family support, and workplace or leadership coaching. Each person receives compassionate, personalised support tailored to their needs and circumstances. In-person appointments are available on the Isle of Wight, with remote appointments across the UK depending on the service and clinical suitability.
