We're excited to introduce our all-new MyPlan! 🌷
The MyPlan is taking the baton from our current Care Plans. Our current Care Plans have stood the test of time over the past decade. The MyPlan takes the best bits and combines them with feedback and research.
It will support our new Advance Care Planning conversation guarantee. This means that people we support, now and in the future, will have the opportunity to speak to us about advance care planning if they want.
The MyPlan also tells people what regulation by the CQC means for them individually, not just general scope and powers. For instance, the CQC only regulates on specific activities. At Teign Angels, this means personal care.
It also introduces more flexibility for MyPlan reviews - meaning people can choose when their next review is, depending on how they feel! It also makes positive changes to how we record medication administration.
The MyPlan is being rolled out in stages over the next few months. We hope to have moved everyone we support onto a MyPlan by the end of the year 🌷
