Thought its time to let you all know that the gym that ive built in Ballygowan is NOT CLOSING.

I'm moving the gym to a bigger unit just down the road. More information on this week follow in due course.

I just wanted to let all my great followers 🤗the great news of an amazing new adventure in the horizon.

All you see now a days on social media!!!!

Yeah, there’s definitely a side of fitness culture now where everything feels like it has to be posted, tracked, filtered and validated online. A lot of people genuinely do it for motivation, accountability, community, or even business if they coach/train. But there’s also a big “look at me” element mixed into social media fitness these days.

At the same time, progress doesn’t become more real just because it gets likes. Quiet progress is still progress. Someone consistently training, feeling healthier, stronger, sleeping better, moving better — that matters whether 5 people see it or nobody does.

Some people are happiest keeping it private because it keeps the focus on themselves instead of chasing reactions online. That mindset usually keeps training more grounded long term too.
