The comfort zone is where dreams go to die.

Brutal, but true.

You can’t grow where it’s easy.

Self-confidence isn’t just about thinking you’re going to succeed. It’s about showing up for yourself when it’s hard… especially on the days you don’t feel like it.
Every time you don’t follow through on a promise you made to yourself, your brain logs it as evidence that you can’t be trusted. Over time, that chips away at your confidence. Your nervous system stops investing energy into goals your subconscious doesn’t believe you’ll actually complete.
So keep it simple… done is always better than perfect.
Build trust with yourself through action, not intention.
Because if you can’t trust yourself… how can you expect anyone else to?

If you’re short on time but still want to build bigger, stronger biceps, this quick and effective routine will do the trick!
Here’s how to smash it:
1. Spider Curl - 8-10 reps
2. Hammer Curl - 8-10 reps
