DC Therapy I am a professionally qualified integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor. My role is to elevate your emotional well-being.

I use a broad range of therapeutic techniques such as the Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, CBT and Gestalt therapies, tailoring our therapy sessions to meet your individual needs. I have been teaching in education as the head of Psychology for 17 years. I am also a school counsellor and qualified Hypnotherapist. I work with relationships, adults and children, individuals and couples in particular, t

hose that are survivors of or current Narcissistic abuse. I can help you with the anxiety, depression and your loss of self from surviving such traumatic experiences. I care deeply about human suffering and I offer an empathetic, safe and non-judgmental environment to work with you through your issues. I will enable you to become more self-aware and empowered in order to bring about the positive changes in your life by using solution focussed therapy. I have an enhanced DBS certificate which can also be found on the online update service.
