Feedback Friday🧡

In each course at Recovery College we give our students the knowledge and positive learning to build their own unique toolkit that they can rely on when they need it.

Planning our Wellbeing is a great starting point for students to explore how mental health can change over time and learn practical strategies to support yourself during difficult periods.
