I owe you, my clients a HUGE thank you from the bottom of my heart, this week has really threw me, from an injury to sick kids 🙈

The kindness and selflessness from you has filled my heart, I know im so limited in availability yet your kindness and compassion have shown through, your understanding knowing that its more than just an appointment, its my life, my real life, were things go wrong.

Im so heavily booked I cant plan or make appointments easily (not a bad complaint) so when things go wrong its panic as I know youve waited but the kindness youve shown me, asking am I ok, is the kids ok will NEVER go unnoticed, you wernt worried about an appointment, you were worried about me, I genuinely love you all 🥰🩷

I dont know how you are all feeling, but with the news circulating, the rain, and dark skies, I feel so deflated 😳 theres been a lot of loss, more than ive ever seen and the world feels so heavy right now.

If you were coming to me, I know what id tell you, im not so good at my own advice though 🫣 as none of us are!! I have serious leg pain and had to take a day off, but the feeling of guilt and letting people down was insane...I had to though I can barely stand on it 😳

Taking my own advise though, im taking today to rest, please, if you are struggling, dont push through it, rest, do something that brings you joy, the world feels very heavy 🩷🩷

Today my gorgeous hubby got to my guinea pig for the beautiful shirodhara treatment, gorgeous warm oil poured continuously over the third eye, followed my scalp and face massage and a thai foot massage, guess whos making dinner tonight 😉😝🥰
