This workshop offers an inclusive experience for everyone, including paraffin wax treatments, where you learn about the reflex zones on the hands. You will also gain insights into into how to adapt reflexology techniques using crystals, understand Chakras on the hands, and explore colour therapy and Reiki.

This workshop is designed to help with various hand conditions, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve your understanding of hand related issues.
