​There is something incredibly grounding about spending a quiet moment by the water, listening to the ducks, and taking in the fresh air. Spending time around animals and nature offers a gentle, soothing way to calm the mind and relieve stress.
​Looking after our mental health matters for every generation, from young children to older residents. Taking a short walk, pause, or peaceful visit to our local green and blue spaces can make all the difference to overall well-being.

There is nothing quite like the joy of a full house and an afternoon full of laughter! 💙

​We were absolutely delighted to welcome back some familiar faces to Perran Bay recently. One of our wonderful residents enjoyed a bright, sun filled visit with their family member and a fantastic group of friends. Having been to visit us before, they are certainly no strangers here, and seeing those warm connections reignited was such a privilege.

​Visits like these mean the world to everyone at Perran Bay. The memories made during an afternoon together don’t just end when our guests say goodbye, they spark wonderful conversations, big smiles, and happy stories that our residents cherish and talk about for days and weeks afterwards.

​Thank you so much to this lovely group for bringing so much warmth, sunshine, and happiness to our day! ☀️✨

​There are games, prizes, and delicious treats everywhere you look! A huge thank you to all our amazing volunteers for their hard work in making today such a success—we couldn't do it without you.

​If you're heading down, make sure to grab a bit to eat quickly: our mini cheese and tomato tarts are flying off the stall! 🧀🍅
