There’s nothing quite like having your hair done to make you feel refreshed and ready for the day!

Recently, some of the residents at Willowbrook enjoyed a little pampering, having their hair styled and spending some relaxing time being looked after.

Everyone looked fabulous – and there were plenty of smiles to prove it! 😊✨

Recently, we enjoyed a wonderful Summer Party at Willowbrook, bringing residents, families and friends together for a fantastic day in the garden.

Everyone tucked into a delicious BBQ while enjoying the summer atmosphere, and we were treated to live music from a singer who soon had everyone joining in and enjoying the entertainment. 🎶🍔

There was something for our younger visitors too, with a bouncy castle providing plenty of fun and excitement for the little ones!

It was lovely to see different generations coming together, sharing food, music, laughter and quality time. Events like these are such a special part of life at Willowbrook, helping residents stay connected with the people they love while creating new memories together.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make our Summer Party such a brilliant day! 💙☀️

Recently, the residents at Willowbrook enjoyed a wonderful trip to Perry Park, making the most of the fresh air and beautiful surroundings.

The highlight of the visit was watching the geese as they wandered around the park and along the water's edge. Residents loved taking in the peaceful scenery, chatting together and enjoying a relaxing stroll in the sunshine.

Spending time outdoors and connecting with nature is a wonderful way to support wellbeing, and days like these provide plenty of opportunities to create happy memories together.

We all had a fantastic time and are already looking forward to our next adventure! 💙

Recently, the residents at Willowbrook have been enjoying spending time in the garden, potting colourful plants and helping to brighten up our outdoor spaces.

Gardening is a wonderful activity that encourages creativity, gentle movement and conversation, while giving everyone the opportunity to enjoy the fresh air and warmer weather. It was lovely to see residents choosing their favourite plants, filling the pots and watching the garden come to life.

We're looking forward to seeing everything bloom over the coming weeks and enjoying our beautiful outdoor spaces together. 🌸💚

Recently, the residents enjoyed a fun and engaging exercise session designed to keep both body and mind active.

Using stretchy resistance bands, tennis balls and rackets, everyone took part at their own pace, enjoying a variety of gentle exercises that encouraged movement, coordination and plenty of laughter along the way.

Regular physical activity can help support strength, flexibility, balance and overall wellbeing, while also providing a wonderful opportunity to socialise and have fun together.

It was fantastic to see so many smiling faces getting involved and enjoying an active morning at Willowbrook. Here's to keeping moving and making every day enjoyable! 😊💙

Life at Willowbrook is all about enjoying the little moments that make each day special.

From completing puzzles and word searches to getting creative with arts and crafts, there's always something to keep minds active and hands busy. Our residents also enjoy exploring sensory toys, which provide comfort, stimulation and opportunities for meaningful engagement.

Of course, a little pampering is always on the agenda too, with time spent having hair done and enjoying a chat, helping everyone feel relaxed, refreshed and looking their best.

Whether we're being creative, keeping our minds active or simply spending time together, every day at Willowbrook is centred around promoting wellbeing, independence and bringing smiles to our residents' faces. 😊

Recently, the residents have been enjoying a variety of activities, keeping busy, creative and active.

We spent time getting creative with arts and crafts, giving everyone the opportunity to express themselves and create some wonderful pieces. There was also plenty of excitement in the kitchen as residents enjoyed a baking session, filling Willowbrook with delicious smells and tasty treats.

To top it all off, we took advantage of the lovely weather with a trip to the local park, where residents enjoyed some fresh air, a change of scenery and time spent outdoors together.

It's been wonderful to see so many smiles and hear so much laughter as residents enjoyed these meaningful activities and shared experiences.

Recently, we came together to celebrate Carers Week and recognise the incredible dedication, compassion and hard work of our amazing team.

To mark the occasion, we enjoyed lots of tasty treats and made the most of the lovely weather with a BBQ outside. It was a wonderful opportunity for everyone to relax, spend time together and celebrate the fantastic contribution our carers make every day.

At Willowbrook, we know that our team plays such an important role in the lives of our residents, and Carers Week is the perfect opportunity to say a heartfelt thank you for everything they do.

A fantastic day filled with good food, great company and well-deserved appreciation.

🌙 Celebrating Eid at Willowbrook 💙

Residents and staff at Willowbrook recently came together to celebrate Eid, enjoying a wonderful day of culture, community and togetherness.

The celebration provided an opportunity to learn more about the significance of Eid, share traditions and enjoy spending time together. There were plenty of smiles, conversations and special moments as everyone joined in the festivities.

Celebrating occasions from different cultures and faiths helps create an inclusive environment where residents can share experiences, learn from one another and feel connected to the wider community.
