We’re so focused on what your muscles are doing, we honestly haven’t noticed whether you’ve shaved your legs. We left the clipboard for that inspection at home. 😉

And if you’re nervous, tired or having one of those days, we get it. We’re human too — we need treatments, a wee breather and occasionally someone to tell us to sit down.

We’re Niki and Kyla — Sports & Rehabilitation Therapists, former classmates and now teammates at RMT Perth.

🌻 Niki returned to university at 49. Her own experiences of injury and recovery help shape her care and understanding of how frustrating it can feel when your body holds you back.

🌻 Kyla comes from Switzerland and studied in the UK. She brings a calm, thoughtful approach, hands-on experience and care for the person in front of her.

We share the same commitment: making time to listen and helping you work towards what matters to you.
