I was chatting with West End star about how working nights and weekends can sometimes leave little room for a social life. While friends are out enjoying their weekends, we’re usually in a dressing room, on stage, travelling, or back at a hotel.

But Mazz admitted that in her younger touring days, she’d be out partying into the early hours with some very famous faces, then somehow still deliver a top performance the next night! 🤯

The celebrity names she drops are definitely worth hearing... 👀✨

Who knew a hula hoop and a stick could be the secret weapons of ballroom dance teaching? 😂💃

I caught up with from BBC’s Strictly, and she revealed some of her more unconventional methods for helping dancers learn but when the results speak for themselves, who are we to argue? 😅

Two souls came forward with one message: love.

Mary, a grandmother with love left unspoken, came through to comfort her granddaughter and remind her how deeply she is loved. Then came Phil, her former partner, carrying regret for the life he lived and the pain he left behind, but also an undeniable love that has never faded.

What made the moment even more special was that it was Phil’s anniversary that day. It felt as though he had chosen that very night to step forward with a message of love, healing, and reassurance.

A beautiful reminder that even after goodbye, love remains.

Sitting down with the incredible West End star we had a fascinating conversation about emotion in performance and what it really takes to bring a character to life night after night.

One thing I’ve always admired about Mazz is how she completely throws herself into every performance. Whether it’s joy, heartbreak, humour, strength, or vulnerability, she gives 100% and makes every emotion feel real and authentic.

One of the most touching moments from a theatre event was when a lovely lady named Sharon came through from spirit. 🤍
Her sister had often wondered if Sharon would ever be brave enough to come forward, as she was always so gentle, quiet, and polite in life.
But she did.
Sharon wanted her sister to know that she is at peace and still watching over her. More than anything, she wanted to remind her to stop worrying so much about everyone else including her son while he’s travelling and trust that everything will be okay.
Moments like these remind me that love never leaves us. ✨
