Asher never had a motivation problem.

Monday to Friday he was flawless. Then Friday night arrived and undid all of it.

Every week. For years.

We didn't hand him a plan.

We showed him why it kept happening.

24 lbs of fat gone in 14 weeks.

Three kids, long hours, weekends still lived in.

He didn't get more disciplined.

He got the missing information.

DM me READY if your weekdays are perfect and your weekends aren't.

Frank works in a restaurant.

Food in front of him every shift. Late finishes. Staff meals. The smell of it all day long.

He lost 72lbs anyway.

27% of his bodyweight. Gone.

It took him 17 months.

Not 6 weeks. Not a challenge. 17 months of showing up on days he didn't want to.

Here's the part I want you to sit with.

Frank has the exact environment you say is stopping you. Worse, actually. You walk past the biscuits in the office once a day. He's in it for the whole shift.

He didn't change his job.
He changed how he handled it.

He learned to build a proper plate anywhere.
He stopped treating one bad day as a write off.
He kept lifting when he was tired.
He kept going through the weeks the scale didn't move.

4lbs a month on average. That's the whole thing.

Slow enough that nobody claps for you in month two.
Steady enough that 17 months later you don't recognise the man in the mirror.

Proud of you Frank. You earned every bit of it brother.

If you're a man over 30 blaming your schedule, your job, or your kitchen, Frank just took that excuse off the table.

Comment NEXT and I'll show you how we did it.

20kg gone in 6 months. While working night shifts and raising 2 kids.

Robin came to us in January at 95kg. No training for years. Tired every single day. Bread at every opportunity. Junk food almost weekly.

Bad eating habits made him so tired that he never felt like going to the gym.

His reason for changing?

He wanted to be the best version of himself for his kids and girlfriend.

Most people would call his life the perfect excuse. Rotating shifts. Mornings, afternoons, nights, repeat. A baby waking him through the night. Zero routine to build on.

He did it anyway.

He swapped processed food for whole foods. He learned to track. He moved more than he ever had.

He sat at work while his whole team ordered Chinese takeaway and ate his own food instead.

He went on holiday to Spain, enjoyed every second with his family, came home and got straight back on plan. No guilt. No spiral.

He celebrated his kids’ birthdays, had the cake, and woke up the next morning locked back in.

That right there is the real transformation. Not the scale. The identity.

Six months later he stood at 74.6kg. Over 20kg gone. Compliments rolling in from friends, family and colleagues.

But the part that matters most? His kids watched their dad completely change in front of their eyes.

And Robin is not done. He has just moved into a reverse diet. Food going up, strength records already falling. Now we build.

If you’re a busy dad who thinks his schedule makes this impossible, Robin thought exactly the same in January.

Josh rated his body confidence a 1 out of 10.

His words, not ours: “Overweight. Not a nice sight. Always bloated. Massive belly. No shape.”

He’s a wall and floor tiler with two small kids and a business that ate every hour he had, and his diet showed it.

Bacon sandwich for breakfast, a meal deal or fast food for lunch, takeaway for tea, chocolate and crisps in between, roughly 90% of what he ate was junk.

He drank regularly and slept badly, and every six months he’d yo-yo diet for a few weeks before quitting.

Same excuse every time: too busy, too much on, not the right time.

Then one day he just stopped saying it.

Since then he’s lost 30kg. He’s gone from relaxed XL to fitted small and medium, dropped three waist sizes, and pretty much rebuilt his wardrobe from scratch.

But when Josh talks about the change, that’s not actually what he brings up first.

He talks about having the energy to actually be present for his boys.

Being sharper when he’s running the business. Looking in the mirror without flinching.

Here’s the bit nobody tells you though: it wasn’t easy.

There were bad weeks, weekends that fell apart, weeks the scale crept back up, weeks he’d message us saying he’d completely lost his rhythm.

What made the difference wasn’t that he never slipped, it’s that he never quit.

He always came back on Monday.

That’s genuinely the whole secret. The guys who get results aren’t the ones with a perfect run. They’re the ones who keep showing back up.

We’ve got three spots opening this month.

If you’re 30+, busy, and sick of starting over every January, drop us a DM with the word STRONGER and we’ll see if you’re a good fit.

42lbs in 20 weeks. And the scale isn’t even the best bit.

Meet Romano. 34. Plumbing and heating engineer. Husband. Dad of two girls.

Monday to Friday he was disciplined.

Every weekend he lost control. Takeaways, junk food, the lot.

In January he decided enough was enough.

200lbs down to 158lbs in 20 weeks.

But look at what actually changed:

He drank a black coffee while his family ate a full English.

He drove past McDonald’s, Five Guys and Popeyes after a midnight work shift and picked up grilled chicken instead.

He took his wife out for dinner and woke up lighter the next day.

Twice.

Because he planned for it days in advance.

Holiday? 6lbs up. Back on plan within a week.

Easter blowout?

Straight back to structure the next morning.

No spiralling. No “I’ll start Monday.”

That’s the real transformation.

All of it done with whole foods, 4 gym sessions a week, boxing and walking.

Built around a full time job, a wife and two young daughters.

No extremes.

No quick fixes.

Fat loss phase complete.

Now the next chapter has started.

More food, building muscle, chasing strength numbers on that lean frame.

His reason for all of it?

His girls. He wanted to be the example, not the excuse.

If you smash the week but keep losing the weekends, structure and accountability change everything.

DM us “READY” and we’ll show you exactly how it works.

He hated what he saw in the mirror.

90kg to 77kg.

13kg down at 55 years old.

When Janis first reached out, he told me he hated what he saw in the mirror.

He wasn’t the fattest guy his age. But he wasn’t the man he wanted to be either.

Broken shoulders. Operations manager with a stressful job. 6 hours of sleep on weekdays. MS diagnosis since 2005.

He had every reason to say “it’s too late for me.”

He didn’t.

Instead, he showed up every single week.

Even when life was chaos.
Even when work was crushing him.
Even when he was moving flats, dealing with injuries, losing sleep, battling stress.

And his biggest struggle?

Sweets. Calorie tracking. Weekend sabotage. The classic pattern most guys know too well.

We had weeks where everything clicked. We had weeks where he told me “I have no win this week.”

But he kept showing up.

He hit his 160kg leg press goal. He ran his first Hyrox session. He learned to separate his self-worth from the number on the scale.

He stopped saying “I failed this week” and started saying “what do I need to do better.”

That mindset shift right there? That’s worth more than the 13kg.

Because at 55, with a demanding job, a body that’s taken a few hits, and a life full of real-world pressures, Janis didn’t just lose weight.

He proved to himself that he could change.

That’s the real transformation.

Proud of you, mate. This is just the beginning. 💪

He had elite cardio.

Resting heart rate below 60.

Still sparring three rounds with pro fighters.

But he couldn't lose his belly fat.

Why?

Because cardio was never the answer.

This was.

Meet Asoka. 49 years old. NHS doctor. MMA and BJJ coach.

Long antisocial hours. Night shifts. Coaching classes. Sparring rounds.

A schedule that would break most people.

When he came to us, he was already training like a machine.

Still rolling with guys half his age.

But the belly fat wouldn't shift.

Because the missing piece was never more training.

It was nutrition.

He was eating without structure.

Cutting carbs and feeling flat at work.

Eating more carbs and feeling sluggish.

Stuck in the loop most guys end up in when no one teaches them how to actually fuel their body.

His biggest barrier?

Time.

Long hours. Late finishes. No proper breakfast.

Handful of nuts here. Ready meal there.

Sound familiar?

So we gave him structure.

Built nutrition around his training, not against it.

Fixed the protein. Balanced the carbs.

So he could coach hard, lift hard, and actually recover.

12 weeks later. 10kg of fat gone. 73kg down to 63kg.

Then we shifted gears.

Moved him into a muscle building phase.

Because dropping weight was never the end goal for Asoka.

Strength was. Performance was. Longevity was.

He wanted to be the guy still rolling at 50, 55, 60.

Still moving like an athlete. Still in shape. Still leading from the front.

That's what we built.

Not a quick fix.

A foundation he can carry for the rest of his life.

If you're a busy professional. Long hours. High stress.

Telling yourself you don't have time.

Asoka had every reason to quit.

He didn't.

And now he's in the best shape of his life at 49.

Ready to do the same?
