I offer sessions in Plymouth and online worldwide. It’s a privilege to support people through meaningful change. Fully qualified person-centred counsellor who specialises in bereavement counselling. The service I offer to you
Most people experience times in their lives when their feelings and their life as a whole seems totally unmanageable. Those moments are often described as ‘not being able t
o see the wood for the trees’- times when we feel that no one understands and we do not know which way to turn. Seeing a counsellor can often help you to gain a different perspective on life and see things more clearly. I believe that every person deserves the opportunity to be heard and to be given the chance to work through their problems in a safe and confidential space. I am a fully qualified member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapist (BACP) which requires me to work in an ethical way under their umbrella. This way you can be confident that I meet a certain standard to ensure I work in a safe and confidential manner. I want you to be aware your needs are at the heart of my practice. I will be totally committed to supporting you, and together we can discover what is the best way to achieve your goals. My aim is to help you find the “real you” again and to help you to move forward, to cope with whatever the future might bring. I work in a way which will focus on you and listen without judgment or criticism. This will help you to discover new ways of dealing with your problems. My way of working is not to tell you what you should do, but I would hope to empower you to move forward in your own way. I hope in reading this it gives you a sense of how we might be able to work together and I would like to encourage you to contact me to make those first initial steps towards change.
