👋 Say hello to me, Karen — the owner of Baby Sensory Pontefract! 💚

Hi everyone! I’m Karen, and I’m the very proud owner of Baby Sensory Pontefract. I live in Campsall with my wonderful family, my husband Jamie (aka Mr Baby Sensory 😂), who you’ll often find helping out behind the scenes, and our two children, Ezra who is 6 and has just started Year 2, and Navy, who is nearly 3. 💛

I’ve been running Baby Sensory Pontefract for 5 ½ years, and honestly, what a journey it’s been! Watching the business grow, meeting so many amazing families and creating memories week after week is something I feel incredibly lucky to do. 🥰

One of my proudest moments has to be opening our very own Baby Sensory Hub which I can’t believe is now 2 1/2 years old, having a dedicated space for all things Baby Sensory has genuinely been a dream come true. 💚

But for me, it’s always been about so much more than the classes. It’s the friendships, the community, the judgement-free space we create for parents and carers, and watching those little friendships between babies develop too. 🥹

I actually first discovered Baby Sensory when I had Ezra during lockdown. We started with online classes and when we finally made it into in-person sessions, I absolutely loved it. I even met one of my best friends through Baby Sensory, and we’ve shared so many memories watching our babies grow up together. 💛

And now, years later, I get to watch so many other families have those same experiences which is so special to me 🥰

We’ve got some VERY exciting themes planned for this term and I can’t wait to share them with you!

Classes are run by myself Tuesday, Thursday & Friday and we still have a few spaces available.

We’re getting ready for another magical term of Baby Sensory Pontefract! 💚

Our Autumn Term starts w/c 7th September, and we’d love for you and your little one to join us for another term of play, discovery, music, signing, sensory fun and precious bonding moments. 🥰

✨ 6-week full term – £54
✨ 3-week mini term – £27

Our 3-week mini term is a fantastic way to try Baby Sensory without committing to a full term. 💚

Rather than coming along for just one class, you’ll get to experience three different weekly themes, giving you a much better feel for what our classes are all about — and it also gives your baby the chance to settle into the class, get familiar with their surroundings and start to enjoy the routine. 🥰

9:45am – 4–13 months
11:15am – 0–6 months

💚 Wednesday & Thursday
9:45am – 0–13 months

Today is a day of hope, love and so many different emotions. ❤️

For me, it’s especially special because my eldest, Ezra, is my beautiful rainbow baby. 🌈 He is a little reminder of just how precious these journeys can be.

Today we’re thinking of all the families touched by the word rainbow — those who are struggling with infertility, those who have experienced loss, those who have their precious rainbow baby, and those still longing and hoping for theirs. ❤️
