Bystander Intervention Gap: Only 68% of women are likely to receive bystander CPR in public, compared to 73% of men. This is often due to a failure to recognise symptoms in women or fears of "inappropriate" touching.

Well done to Theo from , who completed his annual award update. This “proficiency” included assessments in rescues, first aid, and theory, as well as an update on the most recent Resuscitation UK guidelines. Theo and his team offer surf lessons and hire at Gwithian beach throughout the summer 👍🏄
