Residents played Dice Games this afternoon. The game was called 7’s. Residents rolled 6 dice and if 2 dice added up to 7 ie 6&1 3&4 5&2 the dice were taken out and the rest were added up to be the score. Lots of Mental Arithmetic used adding up the dice and scores. We had 2 rounds and 2 winners .

National Biscuit Day .
Residents made shortbread biscuits.
Afterwards in the lounge we had a biscuit quiz and tasted the homemade shortbread. Delicious 😋

Today was International Museum Day.
Made our own museum with various items. Residents handled some of the items and chatted with each other. Lots of reminiscing,bringing back lovely memories and sharing stories. Thank you to the people who lent items to Brookside for the afternoon.
