ait analysis and specialized bike fits. Steroids/Cortisone and Ostenil Plus injections are used to treat knee, hip, ankle, toe, shoulder, elbow, hand arthritis, trigger finger/ thumb, carpal tunnel, tennis & golfer’s elbow, shoulder pain, frozen shoulder, heel pain, Morton’s neuroma and bursitis. We have treated thousands of patients with musculoskeletal problems such as sports injuries, postural problems, neck and back complaints and post-operative rehabilitation, and we continue to do so today. In keeping with our total body approach, we have also treated a range of other conditions perhaps not traditionally associated with physiotherapy, such as vertigo, dizziness and stress incontinence. We believe firmly in identifying the root cause of a problem, whether caused by a musculoskeletal condition or otherwise, and in teaching patients how to prevent it from recurring. This philosophy is at the heart of our physiotherapy practice and is what sets us apart from other clinics. In addition to this core service, we have identified that a more integrated approach to looking after our bodies significantly improves our physical health, mental well-being and reduces the likelihood of injury or the need for corrective treatment. As a result, we have expanded our range of services to encompass three core areas: physiotherapy; fitness; and well-being.
