Sophie, our Memory Support Advisor, offers informal and confidential appointments where you can discuss your concerns and find out what help and support may be available.

Early support can make a real difference, helping people access the right information and services at the right time.

New Wellbeing Running Group in Ripon 🏃‍♂️
Sharing on behalf of Mind in Harrogate District.

Looking to get active, boost your wellbeing, and meet like-minded people? A new Wellbeing Running Group is starting in Ripon for adults who are new to running or returning to exercise after a break.

Led by a qualified coach in partnership with Active North Yorkshire, the programme runs over 12 sessions, beginning gently with a combination of walking and slow jogging, helping you build confidence and fitness at your own pace.

A great opportunity to support both your physical and mental wellbeing. 💙

While we are making every effort to minimise disruption, patients attending the practice may experience some intermittent noise during this period. Yesterday we were delighted to welcome HDFT Chief Executive Jonathan Coulter to North House Surgery to celebrate two very special members of our team. 💙

Jonathan presented our Practice Matron, Debora, with a Making a Difference Award in recognition of her outstanding dedication and contribution. He also presented our Practice Nurse, Helen, with her Long Service Award, celebrating an incredible career of almost 54 years in the NHS, including 18 years at North House Surgery.

We are incredibly proud of both Debora and Helen. Their compassion, commitment and hard work make a real difference to the lives of our patients and colleagues every single day.
