🌟 WE'RE HIRING | COMPLEX CARE SUPPORT WORKERS | SHERBORNE🌟

Invictus Complex Care is looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Support Workers to join our nurse-led team supporting a gentleman living in the Sherborne area.

Our client has a severe traumatic brain injury following a road traffic accident. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide person-centred support, promote independence and help him achieve his rehabilitation goals while maintaining a fulfilling daily routine.

💙 Your role will include supporting with:

* Personal care
* Medication administration
* Continence care
* Moving and handling
* Rehabilitation and promoting independence
* Social and community support
* Supporting daily routines and activities
* Encouraging choice, dignity and independence

🕐 Shift Pattern

Due to the moving and handling requirements, support is provided at:

👥 Day shifts: 2:1 support
8:00am to 8:00pm

🌙 **Sleep-in nights: 1:1 support
8:00pm to 8:00am

We are looking for staff who can work 2 or 3 shifts per week, with opportunities for both day and sleep-in night shifts.

💷 Pay: £15.00 to £22.00 per hour

🌟 WE'RE HIRING | COMPLEX CARE SUPPORT WORKERS | BASINGSTOKE🌟

Invictus Complex Care is looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our nurse-led team supporting a 22-year-old lady living in the Basingstoke area.

Our client lives with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), autism, gastroparesis and fibromyalgia. This is a rewarding role where you'll provide person-centred support while helping her maintain her independence, wellbeing and quality of life.

🕐 Shifts
* 2 or 3 shifts per week
* 7:00am to 7:00pm
* Additional weekend pop-in visits

💙 What you'll support with:

* Personal care
* Medication administration
* NJ tube feeding
* Pain management
* Social and community support
* Rehabilitation and promoting independence
* Supporting daily routines and activities

🚗 Essential requirements:

* Full, clean UK driving licence
* Able to drive confidently to support with social and community activities
* Full permission to work in the UK with no restrictions

💷 Pay: £15.00 to £22.00 per hour

Experience in complex care is desirable, but full training and ongoing support will be provided by our experienced nurse-led clinical team
