Nice trip away with the kids…..

What it really took to go away with the kids….
Took a half day annual leave on Friday to sleep/ rest before going
Didn’t take part in gladiators activities instead went as a spectator
Stayed overnight so didn’t have to travel there and back in one day.
Early night Saturday
Lie in Sunday while kids on their tablets
Went to bed as soon as home on Sunday (5pm)
Went to bed as soon as finished work Monday (5pm)
Rearranged a client as so tired
Lymphatic massage and Bowen therapy session to help recovery
Vitamin injections- B12, C and glutathione
Sauna blanket to help with aches and pain
Medications and supplements

Conclusion….
Survived
Still exhausted
Everything hurts
