Seriously though how am I 40?!? In my head I’m in my 20s and my body feels in its 80s!!

£50 raised for The 4092 Men’s Talk Group. A group set up in memory of a larger than life character PC 4092 Stephen Powell (aka Powelly) who sadly took his life in 2023. A huge loss to the policing family. The men’s talk group was set up to try and break the stigma around mens mental health and provide a safe informal space where men can come together and chat. The funds will go to provide ongoing support to those that attend.

And £55 raised for Alfie’s Squad provides specialist su***de bereavement support for children, young people, and their families. I lost my dad to su***de just 6 weeks after my 15th birthday. It’s something that has affected my entire life.

Drove home 4+ hours yesterday to make sweet cones with the kids then take them to meet some of the Gladiators today (mega mummy points!).
Left my Team Apollo tshirt in Harrogate (minus mummy points). Managed to find this amazing lady to sort one last minute for me craftycowbykelly (made some mummy points back)
Slim chickens lunch (more mummy points)
Lost 3 of the signed gladiators cards by the time we got home (lost all my mummy points oopsie!🙈😬)
Think we MAY have made Viper smile with sweets (kids think this is hilarious so taking this as a win)

💙 Each birthday I ask for donations to a charity instead of presents and cards.

This year I want to continue to support the 4092 Men’s Talk Group (and remember Powelly) as well as supporting Alfie’s Squad charity
Alfie’s Squad provides specialist su***de bereavement support for children, young people, and their families. I lost my dad to su***de just 6 weeks after my 15th birthday. As an only child and proper daddy’s girl I can’t put into words the loss and impact it has had on my life. The support back then was non existent back then. My family and friends were amazing (and still are) but school etc were awful! That’s why I went to support these 2 amazing causes because losing a loved one to su***de leaves so many questions, blame and what ifs that never leave.

Any donation to either will be so appreciated 💙
