It’s not time to point fingers, it’s time to lift them.

If schools aren’t teaching students about physical and mental health it’s time to replace critique with creativity and build 21st century alternatives.

🫀Your heart is a muscle. You can train it to be more resilient to stress while lowering your risk of heart disease and stroke.

🫁Breathing exercises can reduce anxiety on the spot. A lesser known fact is that poor breathing routinely causes stress and anxiety. We breathe to get rid of Co2. Our tolerance to Co2 is variable and trainable. Low Co2 tolerance leads to changes in breathing rate and volume which can cause feelings of chronic stress and anxiety.

🏋🏽‍♀️Exercise is a physiological prerequisite for a healthy brain. None of us-no matter what cultural or ideological narrative we adopt-are exempt from the basic physical activity needs of our body.

🧠Our brain changes throughout our lives. Our experience of the world around us is a direct result of how our brain functions, and how our brain functions is a direct result of our sleep, exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle. Who we are in the world (and how the world appears to us) is a reflection of how the 3 pound organ in our skull exchanges electric and chemical signals. Every lifestyle decision we make influences the development of the supercomputer responsible for the subjective quality of our lives.

Our body prioritizes one thing: Our survival. When our basic needs (hydration, nutrition, quality sleep, adequate exercise) aren’t met it impacts our hormone levels and neurotransmitters. Stress and anxiety are not punishments, they are prompts designed to drive behavior changes most conducive to survival. Physical health is the foundation for mental health. When failing to meet the needs of the body results in the inevitable mental strain designed to leverage a change in behavior it isn’t a “disorder.” It’s human physiology.

We’ve been taught to learn about everything, except ourselves. It’s time to flip the script for the 21st century🧠🔥

Scientific history is a series of bloody battles between ignorance and understanding.

Before the microscope, disease was blamed on demons.

Then we discovered the human body is composed of trillions of living cells requiring sunlight, movement, hydration, nutrients, and recovery to function properly.

Before modern neuroscience, behavior was framed as character.

Children trapped in environments that most intelligent adults would find intolerable were labeled “disordered.” Nothing a prescription stimulant couldn’t fix💊

We now understand that behavior emerges from biology interacting with environment.

Sleep deprivation changes behavior. Nutrient deficiencies change behavior. Isolation changes behavior. Sedentary living changes behavior. Dopamine dysregulation changes behavior.

The most compliant child in the world will eventually break down inside a body whose needs are being chronically ignored.

Because the human organism is more complex than any machine we’ve ever engineered.

Diagnosing a sleep deprived, sedentary, nutrient deficient, overstimulated child with a “mental disorder” without first understanding physiology is not progressive medicine.

It’s medical malpractice.

It’s like labeling a car defective while ignoring the oil, engine, fuel system, and maintenance schedule entirely.

A good business strategy if you're a used car salesman...

If you work with human beings, you should understand how human beings work.

Parents across the world write us daily searching for practitioners who understand physiology because they still believe in the potential of their children.

And they are searching for models built in the current century.

Place a 20th century lens on 21st century kids and everyone looks broken.

View children through the lens of modern physiology and you see unlimited potential.

We are training the next generation of physiology-first practitioners to help young people unlock it.

Next cohort begins July 18th. DM to RSVP and join the future of health.

If AI can do what you do...

It's time to do something more human.

Online fitness was a blip in time.

A response to a scarcity of information and knowledge that exercise nutrition and lifestyle

The information is no longer scarce

Human interactions, take place in human environments, not on Zoom screens

The danger in online coaches not reintegrating back into their community to meet an emerging market need is twofold.

One: Teens, parents, and families in your community are at a loss for thoughtful passionate practitioners to work with them on their goals.

Two: Instagram fitness culture slowly makes us dumber by the post.

Here's why:

There's a simple principle in business: The mass market rewards simplicity, not sophistication.

That has led many of the leading voices in fitness to not evolve at all in the past five years.

The influencer whose primary insight was that you might benefit from jamming a lacrosse ball in your ass in 2019 are still talking about health and performance like it's 2019...

The community on the other hand has moved on.

The opposite business principle is true in this case: The future of health is personalized protocols🧬

The smart parents in your neighborhood are interested in blood testing, DNA testing, personalized nutrition, metabolic health insights built for their physiology - and their child's.

They are so far ahead of what the talking heads on Instagram are talking about that the two markets will never meet.

The parent who will happily pay you for personalized health insights to help them and their child thrive are talking to Chat to know how to design a workout.

They don't need you for that anymore.

They need you for something better or something greater or something more human.

The question is are you ready?

The people who ignore their communities today will be invisible to their communities

The health and fitness practitioners who exit the matrix today will own the market, change a culture, and transform the future of health forever🧠🔥

🌎 Next practitioner training: July 12th. DM to RSVP today.

I've seen it with my own eyes...

The healthy, smart, physically active parent who leads the path to health by example.

They're at our campus every day. Moving, breathing, training, and doing health - together.

There are many reasons why kids can't sit still in the classroom...

* Less than 1/4 get the daily physical activity that their body craves and requires.

* Many kids require more movement due to how their body uses dopamine in norepinephrine, genetically.

* Children and teens consume an average of about 17 teaspoons of added sugar per day - far above recommended limits.

* Ultra-processed foods now make up roughly two-thirds of the calories many U.S. children consume daily.

* About 73% of children and adolescents consume caffeine on a given day.

There are many options for supporting your child's health other than a.) putting them on speed or b.) hitting them with a stick.

If you're interested our newest course Physiology First Foundations: The Health Class of the Future drops tomorrow.

Just DM "Course" and we'll get you a cool pre-order deal.

The future belongs to whoever understands their physiology best.

Every parent deserves a toolkit for navigating health in the modern age.

Every child deserves a parent who understands and supports their physiology, first.

This post is for practitioners AND parents.

You both work with people - and your work shapes every facet of human development.

The new science of the brain and body is reshaping everything we think we know about human potential.

And if you work with bodies you need to know how they operate🧠⚡️

To best serve your clients or support your own children suspend the notion of "I already know."

The only person incapable of learning is the one that "already knows."

Each person is a prism of potential.

This potential radiates when we appreciate the science underlying our individual physiology.

🧬 Each person is unique in their nutrition, movement, and sleep needs. Over 3 million DNA differences impact:

🥗How we absorb and utilize nutrients
💤Our natural sleep patterns
🧠 Dopamine, focus, motivation, and stress response
🏋🏽‍♀️ Recovery, exercise adaptation, and energy production

Professionals assess, amateurs guess, and parents are left in the dark.

🫁 Breathing is the intersection between our mind and body. Stress management, mental focus, and human movement are all influenced by our breath.

Count how many breaths you take per minute right now? Have clients or kiddos do the same...

These differences in our physiology matter when building human development programs.

👣 The difference between "every body" and "everybody" is the gap between amateur and professional. Understanding the human body is the skill of the century.

Being a thriving human in the modern world isn't simple.

It requires a passion for learning and the humility to see that we are in the infancy of understanding our own potential.

We have a training for practitioners who want to better understand the physiology of their clients on July 18th + Sep 13th.

Early bird pricing is ends this week. DM "Practioner" for more info.

Our new online course launches this weekend for anyone interested in learning the Foundations of Physiology at their own pace.

DM "Foundations" to pre-order.

The future belongs to those who best understand their physiology.

The future belongs to those who possess the wisdom to know what they don't know...

I've worked with countless families over the past decade.

Not a single one had a child who knew how to breathe to navigate their nervous system.

Wait...there was one.

A couple from N.J with a 14 year old daughter who grew up in a house where health skills were regularly taught.

One.

In over a decade...

Factor in sleep and nutrition for your individual body.

Exercise program design for your goals.

Breaking the choke hold that modern technology has on a generation of teens.

We are looking at the skillset of a 21st century.

Skills take time to learn, hone, and master.

Ego says: I ALREADY KNOW how to help my family achieve optimal health. If so, the data will reflect your success...

Humility says: The human body is incredibly complex, we aren't taught to operate it, and the world is changing at light speed. I want to learn everything that school never taught me about my health.

As I work with the parents who jumped at the opportunity to learn, I think about the kids of the parents who didn't.

If all they inherit is ignorance of how to operate their body the chances of them experiencing optimal health are just about 0%.

And if they struggle it won't be because they have a laundry list of "disorders."

It wil be because other parents invested in the skills that theirs passed on.

We have a new offer, priced specifically for family accessibility, launching this weekend.

DM "SKILLS" to learn more.

Imagine you know nothing. A beginner's mind is always the starting point for success.

And prepare to be blown away by how many ways you can help your child unlock their potential🧠🔥

The future belongs to parents who recognize health as a skill, learn it, and pass it on.

Let’s fuel it instead🧠🔥

The fuel source is easily found in the antonyms to modern life.

Sedentary lifestyle drains what exercise replenishes.

Fluorescent lights drain what sunlight replenishes.

Exhaustion drains what sleep replenishes

Chasing status symbols drains what purpose replenishes.

Sitting at a desk dreams what play replenishes.

Digital distraction replaces what human connection replenishes.

Instead of labeling millions of kids with disorders what if we gave them an alternative to a disordered society?

The recipe to replenish dopamine and norepinephrine is simple.

Take a look a the culture - and do the opposite.

It's time to teach the next generation about their physiology, first.

🧠🔥This Saturday we're releasing a course that's been years in the making. Physiology First Foundations: The Health Class of the Future.

Learn everything about your brain and body you were never taught in school.

DM today to pre-order. The first 20 will be entered in a raffle for a 1-1 coaching experience built for YOUR goals and YOUR physiology.

This is what reality looks like🖤

I've had back to back meetings with coaches, educators, and health practitioners around the world.

The varying intensity to which people care about the health of our kids represents a fracture in the fabric of reality.

I've spoken with coaches for whom working with youth is just some niche to add to their business - only to ghost the conversation entirely.

For reference, I've had 6 adults do this in the past several days alone. I've never once had a teen show such lack of integrity.

Teens truly are the new adults.

I've also spoken with passionate and clear thinking practitioners who are tethered to reality through working in their own community.

Daily contact with teens and families is the anchor of reality - and a window into the state of the health crisis among our teens.

It is impossible to care too much about the great peptide debate when a teenager three doors down is carving up her arms in a desperate attempt to get adults to look up from their phones long enough to notice that they're still alive.

It's impossible to be irrelevant while you are relevant to your community.

It's impossible to be relevant when you aren't.

The crisis in over-medication, addiction, anxiety, depression, isolation, and hopelessness in our youth rages on in plain sight to anyone who has not abandoned their community for the matrix.

This message came in from Australia this morning.

Christina is joining our team of practitioners with urgency - the only adequate response to a world where the future of a generation is at stake.

Please - never DM me just to say that "you're too busy to get involved in the fight for our youth."

You waste my time and yours.

If you're too busy for your community today I can guarantee they'll be too busy for you tomorrow.

If you're struggling to understand how everyone isn't concerned about our kids right now - you've found your people.

Reach out to get involved and commit to action today.

The best way to predict the future is to invent it.”
