Meditation with crystal and sound combines the energetic properties of crystals with the auditory vibrations of sound of different instruments to quiet the mind, shift the nervous system into a resting state, and restore physical and emotional equilibrium.

Crystals - amazing colours ,shapes and properties. You can just admire them, wear them or you can work with them for personal energy balancing, home energy clearing or Earth healing.

A simple meditation with a chosen crystal could be the best way to start.

Commencing in September, I will be holding small group meditations with crystals and sound every two weeks during the evening in Sale, Manchester UK. Dates to be confirmed.

Reiki1 course

Reiki is a universal healing energy which helps with balancing the body, mind and spirit.

Reiki 1 is a two day course in a small group. Day one is theory via Zoom. Day two exercises and attunements in-person at Sale, Manchester.

Reiki 1 is for self-healing and treating friends and family.

You will recive 15 hrs 1:1 teaching,Reiki attunments, certificate, lineage, handouts, Reiki crystal, 3 x mp3 audio Reiki meditation, light lunch on day two, ongoing support and future Reiki shares.
