🌟Teen Body Positivity Workshop with 🌟
Are you a parent or guardian that’s worried about your teenage daughter in a world where ‘body image, ‘diet culture’ and ‘celebrity influencers’ are rife?
Are you a teenage girl yourself and can’t figure out what advice to listen to on how to eat and move to feel and look how you want?
Tik-Tok, Instagram, Facebook and magazines can all be a great way of gaining knowledge on all of the above but they can also do more harm than good if you don’t really know or understand what you’re watching or reading.
‘If I had half the information that I do now as a qualified personal trainer when I was a teenager, it would have saved me 10+ years of restrictive dieting, over-exercising, feeling upset about how I looked and body shaming myself to the point where I was insecure and lacked confidence.
As a personal trainer, I work with women and girls to empower them to become happier, healthier and stronger versions of themselves by giving them the knowledge to have food-freedom (enjoying the things you love to eat), moving your body for enjoyment not just for progress on a scale and to become more confident in your own skin.’
Fad diets, juice cleanses, weight loss pills and all of those other dangerous trends are very harmful and I’m here to give you a nudge in the right direction and give you the advice, help and support that you need.
