These mornings blend sauna & sisterhood, and give you the chance to lovingly tend to your body. You’ll be expertly guided through a face massage, and have chance to play with natural body scrubs and pamper yourself with high quality botanical oils.

You’ll also have your senses soothed by the gentle, uplifting acoustic melodies by the brilliant local musician Rose Blofeld! She’ll be playing original music with folksy undertones inspired by the theatre of the natural world.
