Most people don’t realise how overwhelmed they are until their body finally slows down enough for them to notice.
When we spend weeks, months, or even years in survival mode, stress can feel normal. Constantly pushing through, staying busy, overthinking, people-pleasing, and carrying the weight of everything becomes our baseline.
The nervous system adapts to this state, but eventually the body asks for something different.
Through therapy, sound healing, and nervous system regulation practices, we create space to pause, listen, and reconnect. Not to “fix” yourself, but to support your body in moving from survival into safety.
