Well, it’s almost time for me to leave this island paradise. ☀️🏝️⛱️

💛 I’ve listed below the remaining availability for August.

🎉 Exciting things coming in September. Including some tweaks to the treatment list - while still keeping the client favourites, and some changes and additions to my calendar. Offering you even more choices.

🩷 And a brand new therapy - helping to support your wellness even further. 

I’ve just passed this Massage therapist on a Cape Verde Beach. Don’t think it would have quite the same appeal on Weston Shore. 🤣

💕  I look forward to seeing you soon. Don’t forget, I’ve already pencilled in my regular ladies so they don’t miss out. But if anyone else needs one of these appointments slots, please let me know ASAP as they are going fast.

Did you know that July 24 is international self-care day?
💛 If you can, just take a few minutes today to do something nice – just for you! With no guilt.
💛 It could be a little walk, a cup of tea with no interruptions.
💛 Booking yourself a Reflexology treatment! 😃
💛 Or something just as simple as taking your favourite lotion or handcream and spending a few minutes applying it.
💛 Maybe take yourself away for a few minutes today and just reevaluate things. While looking after everybody else, what is it you need?
💛 Give yourself a nice warm self hug and remind yourself how worthy you are, how important you are, and how special you are.
🩷 Self-care doesn’t need to be some grand gesture or indulgent purchase. Just being kind to yourself is often enough.
💜 I hope you all find a reason to smile today 🙂💕

✨ Hello everyone! I thought it was about time I reintroduced myself... ✨

With so many lovely new clients, enquiries and phone calls recently, I wanted to say a big hello to everyone who's new to my page and reintroduce myself to my wonderful long time clients.

I'm Sarah, the face behind Sarah Richardson Reflexology, based in Woolston, Southampton.
For over 10 years I've been helping people relax, recharge and feel their best through Reflexology, Massage and a range of holistic therapies. I'm a proud member of the Association of Reflexologists, and passionate about providing the highest standards of care in my peaceful home treatment room.

Although I've trained in many therapies over the years, these days I focus on the treatments I truly love, allowing me to give every client my full attention and the very best experience.

Outside of work, I'm a busy mum of 3 boys, a travel and cruise lover, and I come from a professional ballet background—so it's safe to say I've always had a bit of an obsession with feet! 🩰👣

My clients often describe me as having "magic hands", but I think it's more than that. It's the warm welcome, heated treatment bed, warm towels, soft lighting and creating a space where you can simply switch off and feel cared for.

I'm incredibly grateful that around 80% of my appointments are with returning clients, which means the world to me and is testament to the care and attention you will receive.

I don't work to rigid opening hours, so if you'd like to book, simply send me a message with your preferred days and times and I'll do my best to fit around you.
