People often think success means performing at full capacity every single day. But that mindset is exactly what burns so many people out.

Your “best” isn’t a fixed measure. It changes depending on your energy, stress, health, environment, responsibilities, and what life is asking of you at the time.

Some days 100% looks productive.
Some days it looks like rest, boundaries, asking for help, or just getting through the day intact.

Preventative care is learning to work with your capacity instead of constantly trying to override it.

A nice day for some walk & talk! I've been figuring out my routes in Salisbury, starting with my city centre location. Just five minutes from the train station and the Market Square, it's a scenic stroll through the water meadows and back, maximising the combo of a central location with enough space to not be overheard.

Wilton forest, offers a greater level of privacy for those who are happy to drive just a little further out of town. With lovely views of the city, the forest is a peaceful place to reflect and process (or just scream at the trees if you need to!).

Need more privacy? I offer online sessions and I am on the hunt for an office, so watch this space...

To celebrate the official launch of my counselling private practice, I will be offering a FREE first session for this month only (subject to availability). Just let me know where you found me!

Here's a little bit about me:

Counsellor, mum, neurodivergent human, lover of animals and overwatered houseplants.

My practice is grounded in one belief:
✨ You deserve a space where you can take a beat, unmask, and actually be yourself. ✨

While I work with most issues, I primarily work with:
Neurodivergent adults (especially late-diagnosed)
Overthinkers
People navigating burnout or overwhelm
Anyone who feels a bit “out of place” in the world

In sessions we explore:
🧠 your nervous system
💬 your patterns
🎨 your creativity
🌿 your emotions
✨ the parts of you that need to be heard

You don’t need polished answers.
You don’t need to “perform”.
You don’t need to apologise for crying, swearing, or losing your words.

Just come as you are.
I’ll meet you there.
