🏊‍♂️ As a celebrant, I believe that life’s most meaningful moments are often found in the embrace of the natural world... Wild swimming embodies this ethos: it’s about stepping outside your comfort zones, feeling alive in the present, and celebrating life's fluidity and resilience. It is more than just a refreshing dip, it's a celebration of nature, freedom, and the simple joys that connect us to the world around us.

Whether you're taking your first plunge or you are already a seasoned wild swimmer, it’s an experience that renews the body and soul, reminding us of the beauty and power of nature’s untouched waters.

If you are local to me, wild swimming does take place at Kingsbarns Beach (Cambo Sands) KY16 8QD about 6 miles S/E of St Andrews along the Fife coast, it features sweeping sand dunes and an on-site wood-fired sauna to warm up🤗

👏So, here's to embracing the wild, celebrating life’s adventures, and finding joy in every splash! Everyone should have a go ;-)
But please do remember the North Sea is cold all year-round, and the area can contain submerged rocks...

Something to do at the weekend?
❤ I always feel fortunate that I can basically walk on the beautiful as I am based in !! The views are magnificent 👏👏
🥾So Kingsbarns to St Andrews is a highly scenic 10-mile (16.4 km) section heading north. It takes about 4/ 5 hours to walk and passes by Cambo Sands, Buddo Rock, and the Rock and Spindle formation.
🎒Crail to Kingsbarns is an 8-mile (13 km) section heading south that takes about 3/4 hours to walk and passes Fife Ness and the Balcomie golf course both fantastic walks especially if you have a furry friend to accompany you!! 🐕
I have met some really interesting people not necesarily local and love hearing their stories and adventures.

If you are thinking about doing the walk don't forget your camera and a wee picnic!!
