High blood pressure often has no symptoms, which means you could have it without knowing. Around 1 in 3 adults in the UK have high blood pressure, but many people don’t realise it.

That’s why this Know Your Numbers! Week, we’re encouraging you to take a few minutes to check yours.

Knowing your numbers can help you understand your health and take action if your blood pressure is too high.

This we're proud to share positive feedback from staff about our Forensic Recovery College.

Our Forensic Recovery College provides opportunities for staff and service users to learn, develop new skills and explore topics that can support recovery and wellbeing.

One staff member described the Recovery College as something that “provides hope to people” - a powerful reminder of the difference these opportunities can make 👇

Our Health & Justice Service Cheshire Custody Team recently came together for an away day.

The day included team-building activities, opportunities to get to know colleagues better and sharing ideas for improving the service.

One of the challenges saw the team tasked with building a bridge between two chairs using only newspaper and Sellotape!

It was great to see so much teamwork, creativity and problem-solving on display - and, of course, there had to be a winning bridge 🏆

A great opportunity to reflect on what’s working well and work together on ideas for the future.

Well done to everyone involved! 👏

We're pleased to be offering a series of FREE virtual 'Lunch & Learn' sessions through our Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust Neuro-Verse project, developed in partnership with the Stoke-on-Trent & Staffordshire Violence Reduction Alliance.

The programme aims to increase understanding of neurodivergence and support more inclusive approaches for children & young people.

Our Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust Health & Justice service Cheshire Outreach Team recently swapped the office for a sports-themed Away Day, bringing colleagues together for a day of team building, reflection and planning.

The team celebrated achievements from the past 12 months and shared quality improvement ideas – all while having some fun along the way 💙
