The award will be presented at the upcoming Nourish Care Partnership Programme Conference in London on 8th September.

This recognition celebrates our commitment to embracing digital innovation and using connected technology to support our team, strengthen the delivery of care and improve outcomes for residents.

We’re incredibly proud of everyone who has helped us reach this exciting milestone and look forward to joining fellow care innovators at the conference.

Join us this Wednesday, 26th August, from 10:00am–12:00pm at Iden Manor Nursing Home for our friendly and welcoming community morning! 💚

Pop in for a chat with a nurse, health MOT, hearing and ear check, foot health support, or advice about navigating health and social care. You can also relax with refreshments, meet new people and discover local support networks. ☕🤝

Everyone from the Weald community villages is welcome—no appointment necessary. We look forward to seeing you!

🌟 Proud Moment for Team Iden Manor 🌟

We are delighted to announce that Iden Manor Nursing Home has achieved the prestigious The Gold Standards Framework Quality Hallmark Award for End of Life Care.

The assessor recognised the dedication, compassion and professionalism of our team, noting that GSF has become “the spine to all care delivered to residents and families."

Some of the areas highlighted during the assessment included:

✅ Supporting residents to remain in their home wherever possible
✅ Innovative use of AI to improve care plan auditing
✅ Strong clinical governance and frailty management
✅ Compassionate support for residents and families
✅ Community engagement through our Iden Plus initiative

This achievement reflects the commitment of every member of our team to delivering person-centred care with dignity, kindness and compassion.

Each year, Iden Manor Nursing Home is proud to support a local charity with a £1,000 donation; and this time we’re widening the search!

As well as registered charities in Staplehurst, we’re also inviting nominations for wonderful local causes in Sissinghurst and Cranbrook. 💚
We’d love to hear which registered charity you think should benefit. Simply send us your suggestions, along with a few words about why the charity deserves to be nominated.

Our residents will then have the very important job of choosing the winning charity from all the nominations received. 🥳
