Yesterday was one of those days that stays with you long after everyone has gone home.
A room full of women, all arriving with different stories, different seasons of life and different reasons for saying yes to themselves. By the end of the day there were tears, laughter, vulnerability, connection and so much love. It was a privilege to witness.
Every time I host a retreat, I still get nervous. I still wonder if enough people will come, if everything will flow, if I’ve created something meaningful enough.
And every single time, I’m reminded of the same thing…
The right people always find their way into the room.
It has never been about filling every space. It’s about holding space for the people who are meant to be there. The conversations, the connections, the moments that unfold… they are never something I could plan. They happen because everyone brings a piece of themselves, and together something really special is created.
Some of the women yesterday have travelled to Bali with me, some are joining me again next year, some have come to every retreat I’ve ever offered, and others experienced their very first retreat. Watching those journeys intertwine is something I never take for granted.
To everyone who trusted me enough to spend your Sunday with me… thank you.
Thank you for showing up so openly.
Thank you for sharing your hearts.
Thank you for allowing yourselves to be seen.
And thank you for reminding me, once again, why I do this work.
Holding space for women is one of the greatest honours of my life. It doesn’t feel like a job; it feels like a calling.
I’m so excited for everything that’s still to come—more day retreats, weekend retreats, Bali, and more opportunities to create spaces where we can slow down, reconnect and remember what truly matters.
My heart is so full today. 🤍
