We can tell you how we can help you, but there’s nothing like a real life review from real people to tell you for us.
Thanks for the great review 🙌

Form is important
but not so much for injury prevention.
There’s much more factors that research has proven to be linked to injury risk, ie fatigue, overloading beyond tissue capacity excessively, and lifting too heavy too quickly and not allowing your body to adapt to the new load.

These are way more important to focus on rather than if you have the bar slightly too high or too low.

However: if your goal is competitive body building, or a high level athlete then technique does matter to be able to isolate muscle groups more efficiently, and to generate more force during sporting movements.

But this shouldn’t be confused with perfecting form to AVOID injury
 as this just isn’t accurate.

Shoulder pain can be frustrating. Especially when it keeps coming back, flares up in the gym, or starts stopping you from doing normal things.

The biggest thing we’ve learned over the years is that most people wait too long, rest too much, or try random exercises that don’t match the real issue.

The truth is, shoulder pain isn’t always about damage — and it rarely improves with guesswork alone.

With the right assessment and rehab plan, most shoulder problems can improve a lot quicker than people think.

If your shoulder has been bothering you for a while, don’t just put up with it.

Drop us a message or book in and let’s get to the root of it.

Is Physio right for me?
Should I wait to see if it just settles down?
Do I just need a massage? Or a rehab plan?

Over the years assessing and treating people, the most powerful part of our assessment is helping people UNDERSTAND their issue and how they can fix it.

That moment where we see our patients expression change when everything all “clicks”! “Ahh so that’s why I’m getting that pain”

Quite often rehab that follows is so much more easier as the patient actually understands why and what they are working on to fix the issue.

You know that one area that always feels tight?

You stretch it.
You foam roll it.
You maybe book a massage.

It feels better
 for a bit.

Then a few days later it’s back again.

Most “tightness” isn’t just tightness.
It’s usually a sign something isn’t coping.

Sometimes it needs strengthening.
Sometimes your training load’s crept up.
Sometimes recovery just isn’t matching what you’re asking your body to do.

Massage and stretching absolutely have their place — I use them all the time.

But if it keeps coming back, it’s worth asking why.

This is where we help identify the root cause of the issue. It’s then where things start moving forwards longer term for you.

Knowing what helps pain is easy.
Knowing how, when, and how much load is right for the individual isn’t.
That’s the difference between short-term relief and long-term progress.

DM us if you’d like some guidance with your rehab.
