I met several learners last week who’d done the same course elsewhere before … and they could tell me what to do, but not why.
And that’s the problem.

If you don’t know why you’re doing something, you’ll forget it faster, you won’t adapt when things change, and you can’t make confident decisions when it matters.

🦺 Mental Health in Construction: It’s Not Always Who You Think

When people look at this picture, most immediately point to the worker on the left as the one who needs support. He looks tired, withdrawn, maybe weighed down.

But here’s the truth we see every day in training:

👉 The person who looks absolutely fine can be the one struggling the most.
👉 The smile, the banter, the “I’m alright mate” can be the mask.
👉 And in construction, masking is common — because the culture often rewards silence over vulnerability.
