WRONG!!! Personalised nutrition is key- just because a family member or friend found something helpful it doesn’t mean it’s right for you! I check and review supplements for all my clients. If you are not sure you are taking the right products get in touch. And unlike me, back then - please discontinue taking something if it is giving you heart palpitations!
