We’ve been extremely busy at BTS over recent weeks and months, expanding both the range of qualifications we offer and the equipment available at our training centre.

We’re pleased to announce that we can now offer the following additional courses and qualifications:

✅ ECITB Firewatcher
✅ CISRS Scaffold Training (COTS, Awareness & Inspection)
✅ Construction Plant NVQs
✅ EUSR Water Hygiene (E-Learning)

Alongside these new qualifications, we’ve also expanded our plant and forklift training capabilities, allowing us to deliver additional courses including:

What is PLA Funding?
The PLA is fully funded training to help you upskill and gain new qualifications, designed to help increase the amount you can earn. The courses approved have been designed to meet priority sectors

Eligibility
To be able to apply for PLA, you must; Be aged 19 or over, live and work in Wales and earn less than £34,303 per year. However, if you are at risk of redundancy or part of TATA or the supply chain, there is no salary cap

How to apply?
Contact a member of the team at BTS who'll make a referral to the PLA team for you. You'll then be sent a link so you can register your interest in PLA funded courses.
