Peacefully on 28th May, Elizabeth passed away surrounded by her loving family. Beloved mam of Stephen, dear mother-in-law of Deborah, cherished grandmother of Adam and Stephanie, and much-loved great-grandmother of Zara, and Adam’s wife Leoni.
Now reunited with her loving husband Brian after 20 years apart, and with her daughter Irene.
Elizabeth will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral service to take place at Sunderland Crematorium on Wednesday 17th June at 9:30am. Family flowers only please.

Funeral service to take place on Monday 15th June in Bethesda Free Church, Tatham Street at 12 noon, followed by interment in Bishopwearmouth Cemetery at 1pm.

After the successful first part of our fundraiser for the Connor Brown Trust, where Dave, Joanne and their friends completed the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge, the second part of the fundraiser is only a couple of weeks away that will see Dave and Jo climb England's highest Peak - Scafell Pike which is planned for Thursday 18th June (weather permitting).

On 11th May, our Mam, Shauna Walton, sadly and unexpectedly passed away at the age of 52.

As the rock of our large family and a fierce protector of those she loved, her loss has left a huge void in the lives of so many.
Shauna was a loving mother, nana, partner, daughter, sister, auntie, cousin and friend. One of thirteen children born to Vera, she was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Her funeral service will take place on 10th June at 10:30am at Sunderland Crematorium. The family respectfully request that no children under the age of 16 attend.

Shauna was clear that she did not want a large service with lots of flowers. Therefore, family flowers only are requested. In lieu of flowers, donations will be gratefully received after the service in support of The Children’s Heart Unit Fund (CHUF), a charity she cared passionately about.

It is with the greatest regret to announce the sad passing of our much loved Dad, George Blackman on 18th May.
After a long battle which he fought to the very end with great dignity.
He will be very sadly missed by daughter Deb (Shug) Sons Darren (Dash) and Jeff (I man) Grandchildren and Great grandchildren, friends and extended family members.

Please meet at Sunderland Crematorium 16:00 pm 4th June. Then afterwards for a pint of John Smiths at Hastings Hill. All welcome.
