For the last couple of weeks I have been feeling exhausted and quite run down. It’s been coming in waves - one minute I don’t feel too bad then it hits me and I need to rest - immediately! 

Also the dreams are wild right now! 🤪

The interesting thing is that there are lots of you who are experiencing the same thing and I don’t think this is a coincidence.

The Schumann Resonance hit 54!! 😳Considering the base line is 7 it’s no wonder us highly sensitives are feeling it! 😬

It’s no coincidence that Mother Nature is responding with with wildest weather right now! 

If you are feeling this too, it’s so important that you give yourself space to rest as much as you can.

Drink lots of water and ground in nature wherever possible - do what feels good for you. 💚

Trust that this is all happening for our highest good and that more light is coming into our bodies to assist with our upgrades and to transmute all the darkness. 💫

I walked into Kingston last night to meet Stuart and witnessed this beautiful Coot building her nest from our rubbish! It made me so sad! 😢

We must do better to protect our wildlife!

Then less than 5 mins later, just round the corner, I witnessed another beautiful Coot feeding her very new babies, 😍what a privilege it was to witness this but it made me so sad that as humans we are not doing more to protect our wildlife!

How is our rubbish ending up in the Thames for birds to make their nests??!! 🪺

It is everyone’s responsibility!

I often see rubbish floating down the river and wish I could fish it out.

Is there a way we can do this? Maybe poles along the riverside to fish out stuff at the bank?

Any thoughts welcomed.
