You’ve had your massage… now make it last ✨
That post-massage feeling? Lighter, looser, calmer…
But here’s the thing — what you do after your treatment can make a big difference in how long those benefits stick around.
Here’s how to keep that feeling going:
💧 Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate
Massage helps move waste products through your system — drinking plenty of water supports this and helps reduce soreness.
🚶♀️ Keep gently moving
Light stretching or a walk helps maintain mobility and prevents muscles from tightening back up.
🔥 Avoid intense workouts (for 24 hours)
Your body’s just been worked on — give it time to recover properly.
🛁 Warm baths or showers
Heat can help keep muscles relaxed and ease any post-treatment tenderness. It’s not recommended straight after your massage but before bed is best and it can help with sleep!
😴 Prioritise rest
Your body does its best healing when you slow down. Early night = extended benefits.
🧘♀️ Be mindful of posture
Try not to undo all the good work by slouching at your desk or on the sofa.
Massage isn’t just what happens on the table — it’s how you support your body afterwards too.

Your body will thank you.
