Sadly but peacefully after a long illness on Wednesday 20th May 2026 Linda, beloved wife of the late John adored ‘mam’ of Debbie, Tracy & Jonathan, much loved mother in law of Colin, Steve and Joanne, worshipped nana of Lindzi, Nathan, Ryan, Aled, Tomas. Emily & William, adored great-nana of Nancy. Also a dearly loved cousin and friend to many.
Linda will be sadly missed by all her loving family and many friends.

The family of Simon Nicholas Hole have asked that we share the details of his funeral arrangements:-

It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved dad, grandad and husband. He left us suddenly on 11th May 2026, and the world is a quieter, lesser place without him.

Loved beyond measure by his wife Cheryl, his children Jason, Ben, Vicky and Danny, and his grandchildren Alfie, Bobby, Arthur, Leo and Maya - he was everything to us and always will be.

Rest peacefully.

Funeral service at St. Joseph's Cathedral, Swansea, Wednesday 10th June at 11:30am. Followed by burial at Oystermouth Cemetery.

A wake will be held at Oldwalls Gower, family and friends are warmly welcome.

Peacefully on the 4th May 2026, at Morriston Hospital, Mike beloved husband of Helena, loving dad of Leigh and Mark, dear father-in-law of Karen and Donna, proud grampa of Sean, Matt, Chris, Liam and Mia, great-gramps of Declan, Owen, Qwynn, Braxen and Delilah, dearest brother of Gloria, Ann and the late Teddy.

Mike will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.

Dying Matters Week 2026

This week aims to raise awareness about the importance of talking more openly about dying, death, and bereavement, helping people feel more prepared and supported during some of life’s most difficult moments.

This years focus is “Let’s talk about Death and Dying” helping people to start these important conversations with loved ones, employers, friends or within their communities.

It also encourages individuals to take practical steps like making a will, planning for future care and end-of-life care, registering as an organ donor and discussing funeral plans and wishes with loved ones.

Sadly on Wednesday 22nd April, Roger devoted son of the late Bert and Olive, much loved brother and brother-in-law of Keith and Karen, a cherished uncle of James and Elise.
